1. Booking Confirmation & Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to confirm hotel reservations, train tickets, and private chauffeur allocation. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival in Sri Lanka via cash (USD, EUR, GBP, LKR) or major credit cards.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 15 days or more before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less any non-refundable third-party payments (such as express train tickets or specific boutique hotel cancellation penalties).

3. Chauffeur & Vehicle Regulations

Our private drivers follow all Sri Lanka Highway safety laws. Chauffeur working hours are typically up to 10–12 hours per day with safe driving intervals.
